Chef Ledson takes pride in his unique menus created to showcase the world class wines. His culinary experience has taken him from the Pacific Northwest to Manhattan, where he learned a variety of cooking styles and techniques. Fresh, seasonal ingredients, particularly those from the region are a staple in The Vineyard Home kitchen. For your event, Chef Ledson is happy to tailor to your tastes, crafting a one-of-a-kind menu for your occasion.
