The Laurelwood Society Membership celebrates the terroir of our Laurelwood District AVA by embracing the artistry of the elements. Each wine release is hand-selected and releases occur three (3) times each year: February, April, & October - unless otherwise specified. Choose to either have your wines shipped directly to you or pick up your selections at the winery.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Member benefits begin immediately upon sign up. In order to offer immediate benefits, we require that two shipments be fulfilled before cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted through email to wineclub@ponzivineyards.com. An early termination fee may be charged for early cancellations. Credit cards are billed and updated per the Laurelwood Society allocation schedule for the duration of active membership. If payment details change, the card company may provide us with updated card information to prevent potential interruption or delay in membership benefits. Laurelwood Society membership is continuous unless a cancellation request is made prior to shipment.
Ponzi Vineyards cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature by an individual 21 years of age or older is required for delivery. UPS will attempt to deliver three (3) times, if no one is available to sign, packages will be returned to Ponzi Vineyards and the shipment will be re-shipped at member's expense. Shipping, handling, and applicable sales tax are charged independently of the wine total. If choosing 'pick-up' as a delivery method, selections must be picked up by the date specified at billing. Shipments not retrieved by specified date will be returned to inventory and a credit in the amount of the allocation will be applied to the member's account - restrictions apply. Shipments are limited to states where direct shipping is allowed and where Ponzi Vineyards is licensed.
