Guided Virtual Group Tastings

Hosting a virtual holiday wine tasting with family, friends or work colleagues is a wonderful way to celebrate the season at a time when being physically together is difficult.

At Ponzi Vineyards, we want to make this experience as unique as the members in your group which is why we invite you to curate your own special virtual wine tasting. Each event will be led by a Ponzi Wine Ambassador, who has a depth of knowledge about the winery, vineyards and wines.

VIRTUAL TASTING FAQ'S

What happens during a virtual wine tasting?
A virtual wine tasting will take place over a Zoom call created by your group organizer. Ponzi Vineyards will ship selected wines to each participant in advance of the scheduled virtual tasting. The tasting will be hosted by the Ponzi Vineyards Wine Ambassador or Wine Club Manager and can range in duration from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the number of wines selected. Tasting times are not exact and cannot be guaranteed. 

How many people can you accomodate? 
Tastings can be conducted for as many or as few participants as you would like. All participants must be available simultaneously on a weekday prior to 6pm PST and able to access the Zoom platform.

How is pricing determined? 
Pricing is based on the cost of shipping and bottles selected for your tasting experience. Wine bottle pricing can be found on our website at www.ponzivineyards.com/shop. Orders under $500 will incur a $50 guided tasting fee.

Can you ship to my state? 
Ponzi Vineyards can ship wine to all states with the exception of Utah and Kentucky.

How far in advance should my tasting be booked? 
We recommend virtual tastings be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for all wine selections to arrive.
