Since its founding in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards has grown and produced a vibrant, food-friendly, dry Riesling worthy of cellaring. Akin to the Alsatian vineyards of France, the cool climate of Oregon’s North Willamette Valley provides ideal conditions for this noble varietal to thrive, while our local Laurelwood soil imparts characteristics to create a wine that is distinctively Oregon.
"Aromas of Meyer lemon zest, kumquat and Clementine mingle with notes of ginger, cayenne, lemongrass and chamomile. The mouth follows through with nectarine and apricot framing the perfect balance of fresh acidity with a touch of sweetness."
–Winemaker Luisa Ponzi
