Careers at Ponzi Vineyards

Pioneering Is a Mindset.

Ponzi was built by people willing to go where others wouldn’t—and to see possibility where others saw obstacles. More than five decades later, that mindset still shapes how we work.

We’re drawn to people who are curious, courageous and creative. People who care about the details, take pride in doing difficult things well, and understand that great work is rarely the easiest work.

Across the vineyard, cellar, kitchen, tasting room and business, we share a responsibility to something bigger than any one of us: a legacy built by those who went first, and the opportunity to carry it somewhere new.

Different backgrounds and perspectives make the work better. If you don’t see the right opening below, send your résumé and a note to hr@ponzivineyards.com. Tell us what you’ve done, what you care about, and what you’d like to do next.

The next chapter is still being written.

About Ponzi Vineyards

Founded in 1970 by Dick and Nancy Ponzi, Ponzi Vineyards helped pioneer Oregon’s Willamette Valley and has spent more than five decades challenging what Oregon wine can be.

Today, Ponzi farms nearly 150 acres across the Laurelwood District and Willamette Valley, including some of Oregon’s oldest own-rooted Pinot Noir vines. Ponzi co-founded LIVE in 1997, and Abetina, Madrona and Avellana vineyards are CCOF Certified Organic. In the cellar, gravity-flow winemaking, native yeasts and a commitment to restraint allow the character of each vineyard and vintage to come through.

Ponzi Vineyards joined Groupe Bollinger in 2021, bringing together two houses defined by a long view of wine, place and stewardship. With continued investment in the vineyards, wines and hospitality, Ponzi is carrying its pioneering spirit forward — not as a moment in its history, but as a mindset.

Different. From the ground up.
