A Place Worthy of The Moment.

At Ponzi Vineyards, every gathering is about more than a setting. It’s about the moments that unfold. Nestled in the Laurelwood District of the Willamette Valley, our estate offers a relaxed yet refined backdrop framed by vineyards and valley views.

Whatever the occasion (a wedding, a fundraiser, a corporate retreat, a dinner worth remembering), Ponzi provides a setting that earns it. 12 to 350 guests. Indoors, outdoors, or both. Every event is supported by exceptional wine, inspired cuisine, and attentive hospitality.

Close enough to feel easy, far enough to feel like you’ve arrived. We’re 20 miles from downtown Portland and minutes from Sherwood, Newberg, and Wilsonville, with room for shuttles and coaches at the door.

Does Ponzi provide catering for private events?

What does a private event at Ponzi cost?

How far in advance should I inquire about a private event?

Availability varies by season and event size. For weddings and larger gatherings, earlier is better; smaller dinners and corporate events may have more flexibility. If you have a date in mind, contact the events team as soon as possible so they can confirm availability and options.

How do I plan a private event at Ponzi Vineyards?

Does Ponzi work for corporate retreats and offsites?

It’s what the Founders Room was made for: floor-to-ceiling windows, vineyard views and real privacy, with Wi-Fi, A/V and a built-in projector and screen. Teams get the focus of a meeting space and the feel of getting away, without a long trip.

Is Ponzi remote?

Not at all. We’re in the heart of the Laurelwood District, but never far from town. Sherwood, Newberg and Wilsonville are each minutes away, and even food delivery finds us.
